[Building Sakai] Additional Translations for: sam and profile2

Hi all,

   If you maintain one the modules listed in the subject line, there  
have been some (Japanese) translations checked in against SAK-18231.  
It would be great if you could get a new build out that includes these  
translations for the Sakai 2.7 release.
