[Building Sakai] Sakai Nakamura 0.4 Release

Hi,

Sakai Nakamura has been released to the Sakai Maven 2 Repository [1] and the source is available for download at [2].

For those wanting to try this release out there is an executable jar ready to run in the Maven Repository [3], which can be run using

java -Xmx256m -jar org.sakaiproject.nakamura.app-0.4.jar -f -

This release is based on the latest release of Jackrabbit 2.0/JSR-283.
This release is slightly ahead of work in the UI, and so parts of the UI may not function correctly.
