[Building Sakai] Findbugs in the cloud

Hi all,

I noticed http://findbugs.cs.umd.edu/cloud/

The number of warnings for Sakai is very low, but with a bit of tweaking the idea that we can light weight and distributively review the static code reports might make the QA process tighter. I think the Findbugs community deserve a pat on their collective back.I look forward to seeing how this develops.
