Ok, this is my install process:

cd /opt
http://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/ftp.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-5/v5.5.28/bin/apache-tomcat-5.5.28.tar.gz
tar xzf apache-tomcat-5.5.28.tar.gz
mv apache-tomcat-5.5.28 tomcat
