[Building Sakai] SiteService API Document

The Sakai javadocs are here in general but they do not include the
kernel anymore (or any of the other projects that have been separated
from the main build like gradebook, search, etc.):
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org/javadoc/sakai-javadoc/index.html

I am not sure where the other javadocs are now but I will see if I can
locate them.
