[Building Sakai] GSoC 2010 - Sakai accepted as mentor org

Sakai is officially a GSoC mentor org for 2010, the third year running!

I'm pretty excited about this and I'd like to thank Lois for the  
lending the Sakai Foundation's support again and Ian and Claude who  
have come forward as mentors already.  If you're still dallying with  
the idea of mentoring, now's the time to step up.   Just choose some  
projects you'd be interested in mentoring or helping mentor, or  
propose some new ones of your own, and put them (and yourself) on the  
ideas page.  Some overlap is fine.

I'll be on #sakai to answer questions.
