[Building Sakai] 2.7 Install (JAVA_OPTS)

Probably worth correcting the install documentation.

I increase values to match those in my JAVA_OPTS and the build completed:

MAVEN_OPTS='-Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m'
