[Building Sakai] 2.7 Install

I have only used sarge and etch but I primarily use ubuntu and OSX
anyway. OSX comes with 2.2.0 but I installed 2.0.10 manually. New
ubuntu instances have 2.2.1 in aptitude but again I just download the
2.0.10 zip and extract it. Since maven is a java program you do not
need to do anything except extract and put the bin dir on the
classpath. I recommend you simply pick the version you are comfortable
with and do that rather than worrying about the debian installer in
this case.
