[Building Sakai] CDDL & Sakai

I'm not aware of any ruling on CDDL. Offhand, I don't think it would violate the spirit Sakai's licensing policy, although it probably would be good to get a ruling on it if we don't have one already.
 
By the way, what CDDL-licensed code are you thinking about?

Has there been a decision on the acceptability of the CDDL license for Sakai code?  I've seen questions and opinions go by but no answer. 

I found this list of acceptable licenses: http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/LIC/3rd+Party+Licenses+and+Software but see no mention of CDDL.
