[Building Sakai] Auto create database

Dear all,

I have install gradebook2. There are some patch need to install, and some of
these are changing the definiation of the database scheme. After i apply the
patch , i check the hbm.xml have modified (e.g. gradebook.hbm.xml). And then
i redeploy the sakai and restart the tomcat, i found the database remain
unchnage. i have try to drop the sakai scheme and deploy again, it also the
same.

Now i want to check the hbm.xml file in under tomcat is modified or not, but
i cant found those file. Where is those hbm.xml of sakai locate in Tomcat?
