[Building Sakai] assessment.gradeAssessment.any -- grading vs. viewing

It looks like assessment.gradeAssessment.any allows users to not just
GRADE assessments but to even SEE them.

We're looking for a way to separate view-quizzes from grade-quizzes --
or is this all rolled into one assessment.gradeAssessment.any
permission?
