[Building Sakai] Rwiki jsmath & ie8

Hi David,

What version jsMath are you using? We are using the 3.6c jsMath assembly I packaged up here:
http://source.sakaiproject.org/maven2/org/sakaiproject/jsmath/
as part of:
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-17249

Works fine for us in IE via:
<param-value>/jsMath/easy/load.js</param-value> 

in  rwiki/rwiki-tool/tool/src/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml
