[Building Sakai] Question about Assignment

Dear Sir,

I have a problem report by a Professor about the Assignment tools. 

The "Due Date" and the "Accept Until Date" of An assignment is the same, and
this assignment is set to not allow resubmit. When this assignment have pass
the due date, the professor would like to extend the time, so he change the
"Due Date", "Accept Until Date" . And also he want to allow student
resubmit, so he change to allow the resubmit and set the resubmit date same
as the lastest "Due Date".

But after his action, all of the submmited student cannot re-submit his
assignment.

Out platform is 2.6.2.
