[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.6.2 DB Conversion Script?

There are no required conversions for 2.6.1->2.6.2. There was an issue for
SAK-14482 (mercury site) but the the conversion wasn't that important to run
so it was pushed back to 2.6.3.

Are what is available to go from 2.6.0->2.6.x and you can just use the
2.6.0->2.6.1 script to make that move.
