[Building Sakai] Unusual gradebook scales

Hi, Sean.

You can add/remove these scales in 
<SRC>/gradebook/service/sakai-pack/src/webapp/WEB-INF/components.xml , 
at least in 2.5.

The new scales aren't added to the existing sites, you must add them 
manually. More details at http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-18306
