[Building Sakai] [Conference] Project Coordination on Friday

A reminder and some housekeeping details about the project
coordination meetings on Friday:

- We're scheduled to run from 9 am to 2 pm, and will again have box
lunches, but expect people to begin to trickle away around lunchtime.
- There will again be two distinct tracks for 2.x and 3.x work. Given
the shortness of time and what needs to be accomplished I think we
should start separately. The 2.x track will be in Grand Mesa A and the
3.x track in Grand Mesa B (this is on the ground floor, and not the
second floor where we were on Sunday).

The current plan is for the 3.x track to be focused on developing a
near-term project plan with the development team, and the discussion
will mostly be led by Bob Benedict, who has helped us pull together
the initial planning. The 2.x work will continue the discussions from
Sunday, and drive toward more clarity on scope, level of effort,
timeline and resource planning for 2.8.

I'll follow on with a more detailed agenda a bit later in the day,
after Alan, Anthony and I have a chance to put our heads together.
