[Building Sakai] Assignment Tool's Database

Hello everyone,

I'm watching assignment tool's database in Sakai 2.6.0 by the GUI tool
SQLYog but I find a strange thing.

In the tables assignment_assignment, assignment_content,
assignment_submission, there is no foreign key to other tables
(asn_ap_item_t,...) as it should have.
Or I have any mistake when observing?

If my observation is right, is the database normal?

Moreover, does the assignment tool's database of Sakai 2.6.0 need to run the
script conversation which are included in source package?
