[Building Sakai] Problems running trunk

The only thing I can think of is that I remember windows tomcat being picky
about 2 slashes in the filenames: "\\"
Note from the nabble post:
log4j.appender.*Sakai*.File=${catalina.home}\\*logs*\\tomcat-*sakai*.log
