[Building Sakai] Upgrade from 2.5.4 to 2.7.x

Great work,

As always it good to have your consistent pressure on improving Sakai. Judging from the sparseness, looks like Anthony Whyte et al caught the bulk of the SQL related defects.

I found two minor issues with the upgrade scripts, but I'm not sure if I categorized them correctly.
