[Building Sakai] BigBlueButton

Hi,
Sakai BigBlueButton 1.0.1 has been released which fixes the reported
compilation issues.
The documentation was also updated with the correct procedures for upgrading
EntityBroker to 1.3.9 (if deploying to Sakai 2.6.x).
