[Building Sakai] got error when running "mvn -Pcafe clean install"

Definitely a network error because I build 2.8-SNAPSHOT (ie trunk) with -P
cafe all the time.
Just confirming you are actually behind a proxy? What are the settings you
added to your svn configuration to allow it to connect?
