[Building Sakai] got error when running "mvn -Pcafe clean install"

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply. In my maven setting file,I using an example from
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Development+Environment+Setup+Walkthrough

to set my proxy server and change to my proxy address&port. 

But "mvn -Pcafe clean install" still cant connect&download pom fileI testing my internet connection by runing this. It is fine and smoothly.
#export http_proxy=http://myproxy...:8080
# wget http://www.softwaresummit.com/2003/speakers/GillardApacheMaven.pdf

This is error I got when I run "mvn -Pcafe clean install"

Hi,



It looks like maven can't connect to the internet to download the
plugins it needs. Check the proxy settings in your {maven
home}/settings.xml

Can anyone point me what could possible go wrong? I can open the  pom's
URL in firefox but why always get "Error transferring file: Connection
timed out"?
