[Building Sakai] Getting rid of the Menubar on the gateway page

You mean something that looks like
/portal/worksite/!gateway

Not sure how you'd make the default in the system. Perhaps if you were
running apache in the front it could default rewrite to that. Or if not
whatever auto redirect you have in tomcat's /ROOT.
