[Building Sakai] etudes-util 1.0.6 tag released

I've updated etudes-util XrefHelper.java to work better with the Sakai ContentHostingService, specifically to consistently treat the size returned from Resource.getContentLength() as a long.  This avoids the "loss of precision" error some of you have seen when using this with recent versions of Sakai.

The new tag is here:
