[Building Sakai] MailSender

Hey Adrian,

Mailsender has undergone some merging and is now living in a new space in
contrib [1].  trunk is now the active/maintained area of the project.  Seth
Theriault and I are working on getting trunk to play nice with kernel and
pre-kernel configurations.  I hope to have this pom refactoring done in the
next week or so.  I'll try to post again when done as we can always use more
eyes on the project.
