[Building Sakai] Clean up of content/branches

Hi All,

The svn/content/branches/ area is full of issue related branches that
seem to be dead. Unless I hear otherwise I'll delete the following branches:

SAK-11665
SAK-11767
SAK-12105
SAK-12239
SAK-12433
SAK-12511
SAK-12842
SAK-12986
SAK-13408
SAK-1493
SAK-7924-2-5-x
sakai_dbrefactor

All these where last edited last over a year ago, most haven't had an
edit in the last 2-3 years. Unless I hear otherwise I'll delete these on
Monday.
