[Building Sakai] Request for review: Hide browser controls in PDA portal on Safari

Since I've only bookmarked our pda portal, didn't even notice it was missing. Not supposed to use back button and haven't felt like I was missing anything. If you're accepting opinions from non-developers, +1.
