[Building Sakai] Request for review: Hide browser controls in PDA portal on Safari

Hi all,

I am seeking community input in regards to adding the following feature to the PDA portal:

Essentially, in Safari on iPhone OS if a user bookmarks the /portal/pda view of Sakai (which adds an app icon to the Home Screen), then launches it, the browser controls are hidden giving more of a native application look. Screenshot attached to the JIRA.

This is pretty minor (two lines of HTML) and shouldn't affect any other browser since it is detected by Safari only, and other browsers ignore it.
