[Building Sakai] Error building etudes-util with 2.7.0

All,

Having a small, yet frustrating issue trying to build etudes-util (version
1.0.5) with 2.7.0. I am using Java 1.6.0_20 and Maven 2.2.1.

When I run a ³mvn ­e install² I get the following error:
