[Building Sakai] Change: Content types move (KNL-118)

Hi All,

This is an alert that the content types code has moved from the kernel
to the content project. The content types is resource tool specific code
that while located in the kernel required changes to kernel code to
change tool behaviour.

The refactoring required moving ZipContentUtils to the kernel utils
project. The content types can now be found in the following package:

group: org.sakaiproject.content
artefact: content-types
