[Building Sakai] SiteStats tool site visits information

Hi,
      I am trying to configure SiteStats tool for my development machine 
but somehow visitor  information is not showing up.
this are the settings I have my sakai.properties site. Any ideas?

presence.events.log =true
serverWideStatsEnabled at org.sakaiproject.sitestats.api.StatsManager=true
enableSiteVisits at org.sakaiproject.sitestats.api.StatsManager=true
display.users.present = true
