[Building Sakai] 2.7.0 Release

Hi Warwick,

To my knowledge it's not hush-hush for anything specific - AFAIK the release is there and ready but the release announcement just hasn't made its way out yet in the post-conference followup.

I am confused.

I see no release announcement on the announcements list:

I see no mention of it on this list or on the Sakai website News.

But 2.7.0 and release notes are available here:
http://source.sakaiproject.org/release/2.7.0/ 

Are we keeping the 2.7.0 release hush-hush for some reason?
