Hi, 


Ok that suggests that the type of that user does not match one of the types in the properties you set (guest, staff). What is the type of this user, as an Admin go into Admin Workspace > Users and view their account. 


There is a JIRA to adjust that error message (since it only ever mentions guest users even if you set it to more like you have done), but the functionality should still be working on the user types specified.

You've added it to the gateway site as well? 


What happens when you enter the email address of a user into the tool?
