[Building Sakai] Sakai Application Builder

Unless you want to help fix the app builder (as I mentioned before), you don't need to get them from SVN. Follow the instructions on this page to install the plugin into Eclipse: http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Sakai+App+Builder
