[Building Sakai] Sakai Application Builder

The Sakai App Builder Eclipse plugin is available here:
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Sakai+App+Builder

You *may* have problems installing this in the new versions of Eclipse (Helios and Galileo). IIRC I could only get it going on Galileo and once I upgraded to 64bit it was toast so may need someone that know their way around Eclipse plugins to take a look.
