[Building Sakai] Blogger Tool issues

Hi Russell,

Which version of Sakai are you using?  I think you have come across this issue:
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-14799

which has since been fixed. If you check the log you'll be able to confirm if this is the same issue.
