[Building Sakai] Nightly2 (2.6.x branch broken)

It seems to have failed last night. Is this a known problem?
It looks like the version of entitybroker in 2.6.x is 1.3.6.3-SNAPSHOT
but chat is wanting 1.3.6.2-SNAPSHOT.

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

  Then, install it using the command:
      mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject.entitybroker
-DartifactId=entitybroker-api -Dversion=1.3.6.2-SNAPSHOT
-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

  Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
      mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject.entitybroker
-DartifactId=entitybroker-api -Dversion=1.3.6.2-SNAPSHOT
-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
