[Building Sakai] Size of welcome pannel

Hi,

Can someone tell me what I need to modify in the portal.css to adjust the height of the Welcome! Content container on the login page: http://bridges.rwu.edu.  I have literally changed every value associated with height in this file (and added the height value to certain areas) and it has not changed.  I am able to adjust the width of this box, just not the height.  Currently, it's too high and the user has to scroll with only 1 line of text and we do not want this to happen.
