[Building Sakai] Sakai appearance in different browsers

Hello Russell,
I'm not an expert on this, but there are some noticeable differences
in Mac visuals vs. PC. (Specifically, I think the gamma and color
balance, but that's out of my league.)
The thing to check is going to be Firefox on a PC to narrow down
whether it looks the same as IE. There may be some IE-specific CSS
causing it to show up brighter, or it may be the actual computers. If
Firefox and IE look the same on the same PC, then it is the latter
and the user may prefer to calibrate the Mac video settings
differently. I'm sure your local IT folks could help out.
As a note, I've CC'd the "Using Sakai" list. The development list
gets more traffic and is the right place for CSS questions. The user
list is not a bad place to ask less technical questions. There are
many instructional people who listen there but don't like the volume
of mail on the dev list.
Thanks,
-Noah
