[Building Sakai] Forums tool and .anon

MSGCNTR-124 resolved this issue for the Synoptic tool and has been merged into msgcntr-2.7.x  This could be used as a template for the fix in the forums tool, which I haven't seen a jira for.  If there is one, could you point it out for me, or create one if it doesn't exist.
