[Building Sakai] Kernel 1.1 branch created

Hi All,

Just an FYI on kernel branches - the kernel 1.1.x branch has been cut.
This is the version of the kernel will support the 2.7 series of Sakai,
branching prevents forward looking development for 2.8 and beyond
destabilizing the kernel.

Current kernel branches:

1.0.x - latest release 1.0.13 (Sakai 2.6)
1.1.x - Latest release 1.1.0-beta09 (Sakai 2.7)
1.2.x - no release, Trunk/2.8
