[Building Sakai] JForum difficulties with avatars in a clustered environment

Kathy,
When I got to https://sakai.uri.edu/jforum-images/  I see the below 
page. Did you copy the jforum-images.xml to 
tomcat/conf/Catalina/localhost? Make sure the docBase path should be the 
path given in SystemGlobals.properties

  HTTP Status 404 - /jforum-images/

------------------------------------------------------------------------

*type* Status report

*message* _/jforum-images/_

*description* _The requested resource (/jforum-images/) is not available._

------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Apache Tomcat/5.5.26
