[Building Sakai] JForum difficulties with avatars in a clustered environment

Kathy,

I'm certainly no expert in the Sakai space, but I did trip over something
similar myself recently. Don't know if it's relevant, but we also have the
'avatar.context' property in SystemGlobals.properties set to
'/jforum-images' - I presumeed that was related to the context reference in
jforum-images.xml
