[Building Sakai] Sakai Link creation question

Hello all,

Is there an easy way to create a link to an in-house help and support site and add it to sakai so that it is automatically added to the tools menu when creating new courses? We don't want this link to over-write the existing help link.  We just want it to be available in addition to the help link.
