[Building Sakai] problem in building sakai-3.0.0-milestone01

Hi,
   I am trying to install the project sakai 3.0.0 milestome and getting the
follwing error when running the maven command:
mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true -Dmaven.tomcat.home=/opt/tomcat
sakai:deploy

Missing:
----------
1) org.sakaiproject.kernel.impl:sakai-util-impl:jar:1.0RC2-SNAPSHOT

 Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

 Then, install it using the command:
     mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject.kernel.impl
-DartifactId=sakai-util-impl -Dversion=1.0RC2-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=jar
-Dfile=/path/to/file

 Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
there:
     mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject.kernel.impl
-DartifactId=sakai-util-impl -Dversion=1.0RC2-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=jar
-Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

 Path to dependency:
       1)
org.sakaiproject:sakai-sections-integrationsupport:jar:3.0.0-milestone01
       2) org.sakaiproject.kernel.impl:sakai-util-impl:jar:1.0RC2-SNAPSHOT


Any HELP would be appeciated.
