[Building Sakai] Wicket related JVM death on Java 1.6

Looking over Sakai Wicket in contrib it would be great to see the  
Wicket Library updated (currently 1.3.0) and then get one or more  
stable tags cut for it (no tags at present).  And it would be quite  
handy to add Sakai Wicket binaries to the repo.

I can help with the tags/binaries.
