[Building Sakai] User Account Data

Hi all,

We've seen a situation where a user's Account tool shows that someone 
else has created and edited it. A little bit of searching on Nabble 
turns up a discussion about a related issue [1].

Has any progress been made on reproducing or fixing this since the 
discussion? We're running 2.5.2, and I can't find any JIRA tickets 
related to this issue.
