[Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] Sad news re. Steve Smail

+1 for a memorial page.

Steve made my beginnings with the Citation Helper quite easy, we 
collaborated for the Z39.50 connector. I also met him at the last 
conference in Boston, he is a lost that is worth remembering.
