[Building Sakai] Mellon closing RIT program

I don't know the details of Mellon's plans as well as some in the 
community, but it's important to keep in mind that Sakai has not 
received Mellon funding (to my knowledge) in several years now and is 
financially independent from it. So this news, while unfortunate, should 
have no impact on Sakai resourcing or Sakai development.
