[Building Sakai] Sakai 2+3 Hybrid (Christmas update)

This is an exciting update. I have tried it out and it is looking very good.  One very noticeable improvement is that when you hop from tool to tool, they load instantly.  This is something very tangible  that users will notice right away.  Thanks!  L
